We do not offer refunds or exchanges (UNLESS ITEMS ARRIVE BROKEN, THEN YOU WILL HAVE 24HRS TO REPORT IT TO US VIA EMAIL)WITH PICTURES AND/OR VIDEOS AS PROOF. - all sales are final. If you have an issue though, please don't hesitate to contact us at Kanobeautyco@yahoo.com and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours and try to resolve the situation to your satisfaction! NO RETURNS
If for any reason your order is shipped back to us, we will refund the item! NOT SHIPPING! Shipping has already been paid for when we print out the label! This includes if YOU accidentally put the wrong address, forgot your apartment number or was not home to receive the package !!!
