Yoni Steaming is a traditional healing method that has been used for generations throughout many cultures around the world.
Directions:
- CAN TAKE A PINCH AND PUT IN YOUR BATH WATER! IF YOU DON'T HAVE A BASIN.
- Take a generous pinch of Natural Health Harmony yoni Steam, add about 750ml boiling water to brew.
- Ensure all underwear is removed and the steam temperature is not too hot for you, before beginning the steam.
- Sit above the basin and cover your lower body with a towel.
- Steam for no less than 20 mins or as you desire.

Extremely heavy menstrual cycles
During a menstrual cycle
If you have open wounds, sores or blisters
If you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant
If you have genital piercings, take them out, the heat will cause the piercing to burn.
Before Use:
Ensure water temperature is hot enough to brew
Avoid vulva, labia and vaginal mucous membranes from burning.
Do not use or add essential oils, they are too strong and may burn sensitive genital tissue.
